Privacy policy

Draft. This is a plain-language starting point written for a concept build. It must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before the service launches to the public.

Your health information is personal, and we treat it that way. This page explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address (used to sign you in with a one-time code).
• Profile and intake: name, phone number, sex, date of birth, city, height, weight and measurements, goals, daily routine, food preferences, health conditions, medication, injuries, smoking and alcohol use, and the answers to later check-in questions.
• Logs: meals, weigh-ins, steps, sleep, water and weekly check-ins.
• Photos: meal photos, nutrition-label photos, progress photos and payment screenshots.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure.

Why we collect it

To calculate your targets, run your coaching program, show your progress to you and your coach, verify your payment, and keep the service safe. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

• You — all of it.
• Your coach — everything you've entered, so he can coach you. Private coach notes about you stay with him.
• Nobody else. Other clients can never see your data; this is enforced in the database, not just the app.

Services that process it for us

• Supabase — database, file storage and sign-in (hosted in Mumbai, India).
• Vercel — hosts the website and app.
• Zoho ZeptoMail — sends your sign-in codes and service emails.
• OpenAI — reads meal, label, payment and (with your consent) progress photos to produce estimates. We send the image only, via a short-lived private link, with no name, email or phone number, and we ask OpenAI not to retain it for our use. OpenAI may keep API data for a limited period under its own terms.

Photos

Photos are stored in private storage and are visible only to you and your coach. We strip location and camera metadata in your browser before upload. Body photos are analysed only if you agree, and you can switch analysis off per photo.

How long we keep it

While your account is active, and then for a limited period afterwards unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You can delete everything yourself from your profile at any time.

Your rights

You can download a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and everything attached to it, from your profile. For anything else, or to raise a concern, email the address below. We aim to respond within 7 days.
